You need better policing of your hotel chain so I know the quality room I'll get. How can I trust I will get what I see or read about the place on the internet. (GO FIGURE) Totally frustrated and a real bad taste in my mouth over your chain now. She told me any complaints would need to be voiced to the manager. 6 When we went to the front desk in the morning for checkout, I asked where the continental breakfast area was and she said it was shut down since Covid. 5.Under the sham throw on the comforter was hiding a burn hole the size of a quarter and a stain the size of a half dollar close to each other. login password "thumper" did not work so now no WI-FI. Now the front desk informed us that the hot tub room was closed since covid and they can't get the pictures of it removed from their website. We went to our room and got ready to go in the hot tub. When we checked in they told us they had no rollaway beds like their website shows, so the 3 grandchildren were forced to sleep together. They said no problem, they would adjust billing at check-in. We called over a week prior to coming and told them we were changing the room occupancy from 2 to 5 as our 3 grandchildren were along. (9:00pm) The Super 8 lit sign was broken and partially lit 2. NOT THIS TIME!!! WORST PLACE OF ALL WYNDHAM WE HAVE BEEN IN. We stayed at many Wyndham hotels last year and try to book them as they are pretty well taken care of. We booked this over a month ago and looked online for it's amenities. We stayed here 1 night on our way to California. I called in on this but still no response from corporate.
